He's the host of Cheese Slices, the most popular show on pay-TV's Food Channel. There were no international cheese shows on TV anywhere in the world when Studd, a passionate cheese expert from Melbourne, started running around the industry trying to sell one in 2004. Everyone thought it wouldn't work on TV, until Sandra Hook (then running The Lifestyle Channel) recognised a TV presence in Studd himself, and saw television potential in his passionate commitment...
