Cheese Slices Volume 5

I've been on several trips with Will Studd, the cheese man, recording episodes of his TV series Cheese Slices. I'd like to think it's for my usefulness as an all-round enthusiastic puppy dog on the road, adding insights that season his curd-based show with a broader perspective and generally chatting up the cheesemakers. But who am I kidding? I'm there to drink with the film crew at night when the producer (Studd) is over it, and it's a responsibility I discharge with enthusiasm.

So I've been in some cheesy situations, you might say, in Greece and the US; and after filming 30-plus episodes, all over the world, so have the crew. But never have I seen them temporarily speechless. Until Sicily...
