Greek Roasted Fetta

Ingredients

300g barrel-ripened Fetta cheese
1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread (to serve)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place a slice of fetta in a small ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Crush the dried herbs between your fingers and sprinkle on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with ground pepper.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
