Greek Roasted Fetta

Ingredients
300g barrel-ripened Fetta cheese
1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread (to serve)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place a slice of fetta in a small ovenproof baking dish.
- Crush the dried herbs between your fingers and sprinkle on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with ground pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
