For more than 30 years, Will Studd has championed the cause of great cheese.

This desire has resulted in Studd financing four series of TV documentaries on the world's great cheeses, and the recent publication of a book of the same name, Cheese Slices.
The name may be a bit of a joke, but there's a serious intent behind Will Studd's second book Cheese Slices...The book is a fact-packed romp through everything most people would want to know about cheese and how it is made, seen through Studd's distinctive lens.
