Eat & Drink WebsiteWill Studd is undeniably Australia's "Mr Cheese", having imported the world's finest, promoted the best local producers, and campaigned to allow harmless (and fabulous) unpasteurised cheeses to be imported (and made in Australia). This book sheds light on the whys of his ongoing campaign.

His first book Chalk & Cheese told much of the story and promoted Australia's best artisinal cheese and their makers. Cheese Slices, with the companion TV series, gives extraordinary detail of everything about cheese-making from the milk through to finished product. Types of cow, sheep, goat and buffalo are explained and the different styles of cheese described from their production to their enjoyment. Photography is fabulously arty, and the book as entertaining as it is enlightening. A book destined to be the reference for cheese lovers.

The greatest accolade I can give any food book is to place it on my bookshelf and Cheese Slices is proudly included.
