Before you settle down to this strange mix of food show and travelogue, nip out to the deli and get some cheese – anything from the Basque region will serve you well – and grab a bottle of light red while you are at it... Your provisions will go a long way towards filling in those sensorial gaps and making the most of the ensuing (program)...There is no froth and bubble about this show, no recipes to follow or ego-driven chefs with books to flog, just a simple passion for one of life's most versatile staples.
