All Cheese Slices DVDs purchased online are for strict, private use only and cannot be re-communicated to the public. Please contact us for further enquiries relating to this matter.

Orders

When you place an order with the Cheese Slices online shop you will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed. We will advise you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order.

All orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post.

International airmail

This cost-effective postal option is for orders intended for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is sent via airmail to the country of destination at which point delivery is reliant on the local postal service.

Terms

Occasionally, stock may be unavailable because of unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time before it is dispatched.

International airmail orders can be traced until they leave Australia but delivery of these orders is subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. The Cheese Slices online shop will provide as much help as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. Orders sent via airmail are not insured.

Please note that some large orders and bulky items may incur higher delivery charges. Please email details of the products required for a final freight estimate. We will advise you of any higher charges prior to dispatching your order. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with a query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.

Customs and international duty

While Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is removed from all international orders, your order may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. As these charges vary from country to country, we advise you to check applicable rates with your local authority. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient and Cheese Slices online shop cannot be held responsible.

International orders - additional identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being shipped. The transmission of this information to Cheese Slices online shop may delay delivery. We reserve the right to request additional identification before processing international orders.

Payment Options

Payments can only be made by credit card. We accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Cheese Slices online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Overseas returns

Please contact us before returning goods to Fromagent Australia Pty Ltd. Where a refund of goods is payable, all items must be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Fromagent Australia Pty Ltd will:

  • Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
  • Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Fromagent Australia Pty Ltd. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
