Cheese Slices is the only international television series to look at the wonderful traditions and skills behind some of the world's best known artisan and farmhouse cheeses and we are pleased to announce a new 10 episode series will be launched in 2009.

Produced by Master of Cheese Will Studd, previous episodes of this inspirational series have been aired in more than 20 countries around the world, including Europe China and India, and the DVD's are used in schools, and colleges across the USA.

Cheese Slices explains where and how the best cheeses are made, and shares the passion of the fascinating characters behind them. It looks at why cheese made from raw milk generally tastes better, and how to recognise cheeses that offer authentic flavour and character.

This exciting new series of Cheese Slices has taken two years to film and travels to Italy, France, England, and Cyprus to look at popular traditional benchmarks as well as exploring the renaissance in hand made artisan cheese in Canada and USA, and the fascinating new cheeses of Japan.
